proposed new 16 TAC §402.103, relating to Training Program, proposed new 16 TAC §402.422, relating
to Amendment to a Regular License to Conduct Charitable Bingo, proposed new 16 TAC §402.410,
relating to Amendment of a License-General Provisions, and proposed new 16 TAC §402.604, relating
to Delinquent Purchaser, will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at the Texas
Lottery Commission, Commission Auditorium, First Floor, 611 E. Sixth Street, Austin, Texas 78701.
