Open Records Policy
If you are interested in making an Open Records Request for information from the Texas Lottery
Commission, you must do so in writing. Your written request should reasonably identify the records
you are requesting. Your request should also indicate your mailing address, phone number, or other
means to contact you. Please address your request to:
