The Texas Lottery designs its games to be a fun form of entertainment. We
encourage players to "play responsibly." However, some players may have difficulty knowing when to
stop. For some, gambling of any kind can become a problem.
"Responsibility" is a core value of the Texas Lottery Commission. That includes
educating our players about important game-related issues and encouraging them to play
responsibly. Below are some resources we have identified to help with problem gambling. If you
or someone you know has a compulsive gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help.
