Notice of Public Comment Hearing

A public hearing to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to 16 TAC §402.404 relating to License Fees will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. at 611 E. 6th Street, Austin, Texas 78701.  Persons requiring any accommodation for a disability should notify Eric Williams, Executive Assistant to the General Counsel, Texas Lottery Commission at (512) 344-5241 at least 72 hours prior to the public hearing.
