Q: I see that my name was drawn in a second-chance drawing. How do I claim my prize?
A: You will be contacted by the Texas Lottery at the address and/or phone number you provided on the back of the ticket. Winners will be mailed a claim form which must be returned by mail.
Q: What will I need to claim my prize in person?
A: The winner will be required to provide a completed claim form and a copy of their valid driver’s license to claim their prize. Other information may be required to complete your claim and will be communicated to you by the TLC staff assisting you during the claims process.
Q: I won a cash prize when I scratched my instant ticket. How do I claim my prize?
A: Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed at any participating Texas Lottery retailer. Instant-win cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed at any Texas Lottery Claim Center around the state.

Q: How long do I
have to claim my prize?
A: All cash prizes must be claimed no later than 180 days after the end of game date. See your Texas Lottery retailer or visit the Texas Lottery Web site for the end of game date.
