The Texas Lottery Commission has concluded its review of 16 TAC Chapter 403 relating to General Administration, and has re-adopted the rules in Chapter 403, other than section 403.402, relating to Exemption from Vehicle Inscription Requirements.  The Commission has determined that the reasons continue to exist for adopting the rules in Chapter 403, other than Section 403.402.   Conclusion of Rule Review - Chapter 403.     The Commission has adopted the repeal of section 403.402, relating to Exemption from Vehicle Inscription Requirements; the amendment of section 403.101, relating to Open Records; and the amendment of section 403.301, relating to Historically Underutilized Businesses.

The Texas Lottery Commission has concluded its review of 16 TAC Chapter 401 relating to Administration of State Lottery Act, and has re-adopted the rules in Chapter 401, Subchapters A through G. 

The Texas Lottery Commission has concluded its review of 16 TAC Chapter 402 relating to Charitable Bingo Administrative Rules, and has re-adopted the rules in Chapter 402, other than section 402.406, relating to Exemptions from Licensing Requirements, and section 402.705, relating to Compliance Review.  The Commission has determined that the reasons continue to exist for adopting the rules in Chapter 402, other than Sections 402.406 and 402.705.    As a result of this rule review, the Commission will propose repeals of these sections .
