Texas Lottery Commission - ADA Title II Information
Complaints by participants and beneficiaries of the programs, services, and
activities of the Texas Lottery Commission concerning compliance with Title II of the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA) are encouraged to be sent to the Texas Lottery Commission ADA Title II
Coordinator via the agency's Compliance Section using the Texas Lottery Commission
Complaint Form. Complaints against the Texas Lottery Commission related to Title
II of The Americans with Disabilities Act will follow the agency's
ADA Grievance Procedure.
