12                  BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on Thursday, the
13   20th day of March 2008, the above-entitled public
14   comment hearing was held from 10:02 a.m. to 10:12 a.m.,
15   at the Offices of the Texas Lottery Commission, 611 East
16   6th Street, Austin, Texas  78701, before SANDRA JOSEPH,
17   SPECIAL COUNSEL.  The following proceedings were

 4                 MS. JOSEPH:  Good morning.  My name is
 5   Sandra Joseph, Assistant General Counsel, Legal
 6   Division for the Lottery Commission.  We are here this
 7   morning to receive public comments regarding proposed
 8   new 16 TAC, Section 402.210 relating to House Rules.
 9                 At this time there is no one appearing
10   in the audience to offer comments.  It is now 10:02
11   a.m.  The hearing is scheduled for 10 a.m, so we will
12   recess for 10 minutes to see if anyone arrives for the
13   hearing.  We will recess now.

15                 I'm back on the record.  Again, this is
16   Sandra Joseph, Assistant General Counsel.  No one has
17   appeared to offer comments at the hearing today;
18   therefore, we will adjourn the hearing.  It is now
